I have the privilege of teaching in the Columbia River Gorge area at Machi Yoga in Hood River, and at the Mosier Grange. When I’m traveling I do add group public classes at Peace Love and Yoga in Carlsbad, CA, and Yoga 8 in Waco Texas. Follow on instagram for the most updated teaching schedule.

Gentle Flow: This class will offer the opportunity to move slow and mindfully through breath and movements, gaining flexibility and strength. During this class, props will be invited to create a deeper and comfortable experience. Great opportunity for new practitioners or for students who may like to enjoy a slower class.

Power Flow: A more vigorous form of Vinyasa Flow that will invite students to hold poses for a few cycles of breath and then to link these into a dynamic flow in a faster pace, finding a sense of each owns edge through awareness. A victorious or breath of fire (Ujjayi pranayama) is encouraged during this practice to help you maintain your own focus, clarity and build internal heat. Yogis can expect an increase of flexibility, stability, strength & stamina.
